Through the platform, physicians are informed when an incident occurs (urgent or scheduled) and with a few clicks they can be informed of the patient's condition, history, receive medical measurements sent through the Noah Ark of Health telemedicine stations, even have a conversation via videoconference with the patient.
TMA’s e-Poκratis Welfare, is a Personal Health Record - PHR with telemedical capabilities where health data and information related to the care of a patient is maintained. The intention of TMA e-Poκratis Welfare is to provide a complete and accurate summary of an individual's medical history which is accessible online by the patient & the authorized (by the patient) medical and paramedical personnel. The health data on e-Poκratis includes patient-reported outcome data, lab results, and data from integrated medical devices such as wireless glucometer, SpO2, non-invasive blood pressure meter, urine analyzer, weight scale and spirometer via e-Poκratis mobile app.
