Who can join

HBio welcomes all companies, organisations and individuals that share its vision and mission and feel they can contribute to the collective betterment of HBio members and the life sciences sectors in Greece. Depending on your status you should fit into one of the following three member categories:

 

Regular Membership


Regular Membership is available to Greek companies, Greek-owned companies based outside Greece as well as subsidiaries of multinational corporations based in Greece that are active in the fields of biotechnology, biomedical technology, bio-pharma and in general in the life sciences sector.

Regular Members enjoy all the benefits of the services offered by HBio. Regular Member representatives are eligible to the Board of Directors of HBio.

 

Associate Membership


HBio has strategic alliances with a number of top-rated Greek research institutions, which provide specialized expertise, high quality research services and access to state-of-the-art facilities, enhancing the development of new ideas and innovative products.  Non-corporate entities, such as Research Centres, Universities and other Organisations, may be eligible for associate membership, with a view to creating a synergistic environment with the cluster.

Individual Membership


Individual Mebership is open to Greek students, or professionals working abroad, who wish to join HBio on a personal basis, without representing any organisation, whether a company, an academic or other organisation. Individual Members enjoy all the benefits of the services offered by HBio. Individual Members are not eligible to the Board of Directors of HBio.
