Maritina Rouchota (Bioemtech), Christos Fotis (Protavio), Orestis Argyros (Pharmathen), Eleftherios Pilalis (e-nios) presented their own journey in the biotech industry and highlighted that the demand surges for skilled candidates who can integrate technical expertise with soft skills like communication, ability to work in teams and critical thinking.
